- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Preparing the Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms, diced zucchini, and chopped spinach. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and stir in the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, and dried basil. Cook until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Baking the Casserole
- Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
