Pork Chops
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1-inch thick
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
Preparing the Pork Chops
- Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
Making the Balsamic Glaze
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
- Stir to combine and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze has thickened slightly.
Finishing the Pork Chops
- Return the pork chops to the skillet and spoon the balsamic glaze over them.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, turning the pork chops to coat them evenly with the glaze.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
Serving the Pork Chops
- Serve the balsamic glazed pork chops with mashed cauliflower and roasted Brussels sprouts.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves for an extra burst of flavor.
